Building and Construction Advisory was engaged to provide permit advisory and approval acquisition services for works in Ascot Vale. Our role involved reviewing the proposed construction methodology, developing a strategic approach to the required permit applications, and coordinating the Road Occupancy Permit process. Through early consideration of the technical requirements and targeted liaison with the relevant parties, the approval was progressed within a compressed timeframe, supporting the timely commencement of the works.
