Building and Construction Advisory was engaged to provide Development Advisory and design coordination services for a proposed project in Strathmore. Our role included undertaking value management and value engineering reviews, coordinating inputs between the consultant team, and assisting in the preparation of a coordinated Tender Pack. We also provided strategic advice to the developer regarding the project’s feasibility, considering both the individual development opportunity and its alignment with the broader portfolio and investment strategy.
