Building and Construction Advisory was engaged to provide Development Advisory and Permit Approval Acquisition services for a project in Prahran. Our role included coordinating the Regulation 116 and Road Occupancy approval processes, reviewing the proposed works and associated public protection requirements, and liaising with the project team, Council and Traffic Management Plan consultants. Through this coordinated approach, we assisted in addressing statutory requirements, resolving approval matters and securing the permits necessary for the works to proceed.
