Building and Construction Advisory was engaged to provide advisory and permit coordination support for a larger project site in Brunswick East. Our role involved undertaking multiple reviews of the proposed road occupation arrangements, liaising with the relevant parties and assisting in expediting the permit approval process. To support the timely resolution of Council feedback, we also assisted with revising and redrawing the Traffic Management Plan, helping to streamline the required amendments and progress the application toward approval.
